From our family to yours, we would like to share a family recipe that Billy’s mother has served for holiday breakfast for years and years. The Scruggs family now serves the same great recipe at Christmas each year. Her name is Fannye Holden Scruggs Rorer and she was named after Billy’s Great Aunt Fannye.
