About Us
Sharon and Billy Scruggs realized their long-term vision by opening the Fife and Drum Inn in 1999. They transformed a family property, initially built by Sharon's grandfather, A.W. Hitchens, into an inn. Hitchens constructed the building in 1933 to replace his general store on the Duke of Gloucester.
